Must have worked in a BPO for at least 1 Year (Voice or nonvoice).
Must have exposure to MS Office Applications.
Must have good Oral and Written communication
Good understanding & exposure of Social Media would be a big PLUS.
Willingness to work in shifts and should be flexible with Shift Timings.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas
The ability to work under pressure & adapt in a fast-paced environment
